Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is ideal for renting a bike or kayak, or enjoying a relaxing nature walk. The Water Taxi allows you to cruise through the scenic canals and explore waterfront restaurants and bars. Bonnet House Museum and Gardens provide a historic home with beautiful gardens and unique Florida history. Galleria Mall offers high-end shopping and dining minutes away. Your unique access code will be provided on the day of your arrival, allowing for a smooth, hassle-free check-in at any time. Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Important House Rules include providing a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is available for standard-size personal vehicles only. A $500 fine applies for violations, which may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, which includes a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Checkout is at 11 AM, with an option for a 12 PM checkout for an additional $25 if requested by 9 PM the night before. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, with early check-in requests needing prior approval. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety, and tampering with them incurs a $1000 fine. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining is not allowed. Package delivery requires host permission, and USPS mail is not permitted. Guests must not leave luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
