About This Home
Apply Now! This spacious home includes central air conditioning, a smart home system, and washer and dryer hookups. The 1,500 sq ft home features a one-car garage, large and spacious kitchen, stove and fridge! A private alleyway behind the home leads to the detached garage and private parking space. Residents are responsible for lawn care, internet, cable, utilities, and renter's insurance. Pets are welcome for an additional $250 fee and $50 per month, per pet. Each person over 18 must complete an application and background screening. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Residents are responsible for paying utility charges including water, electric, trash ($22 per month), alarm/smart home monitoring ($53.15 per month), and preventative pest control ($20 per month). Our utility management program initiates service, pays all deposits, and pays the utility companies. You pay us back for your actual usage on the first of the month. A one-time setup fee of $40 and $11.99 per month applies for this service. The rent amount reflects a 2 year lease. Appliances are courtesy items and must be maintained by tenants. A washer and dryer may be rented for an extra fee. We review applications in their entirety, including employment, income, savings, credit score and history, background check, and rental history. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria. A refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent is required to hold the unit after an approved application. Rent is always due on the first. We prorate rent for the first month as required. In some cases, last month's rent will be paid in advance depending on the applicant's credit, savings, rental history, and income.

Springfield, Ohio sits at the crossroads of two major metro areas, positioned about 25 miles northeast of Dayton and 45 miles west of Columbus, giving residents genuine access to both without paying big-city prices. The city carries a strong identity rooted in manufacturing heritage and a steady pivot toward healthcare and education as economic anchors. Wittenberg University, a liberal arts institution, and Clark State College together shape much of the intellectual and cultural rhythm here. Springfield's historic districts preserve architecture that tells the story of its 19th-century industrial rise, and the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Westcott House stands as one of the most distinctive landmarks in all of western Ohio.
The city spreads across more than 40 neighborhoods, offering everything from tree-lined streets with older craftsman homes to quieter outer corridors with newer construction.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
