The studio is the perfect size and pricing. Very nice manager and leasing person
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the resort feel to their living area's. The management I understand is newer to the community and are so helpful. I love this place when can I move in!
Roach infested. Management is rude. Maintenance sucks. Waste of money! Don’t waste your time touring here, they just show you the furnished apartment they have.

After explaining my situation with the leasing agent at 302 North Apartments, I found she was willing to give me another chance to lease at a nice community. I am on the 2nd Chance Program, and appreciate how fast I was approved to move in. I will recommend others to this community. Thanks Christina.
The place sucked the management are rude and nasty... and the so called new upgrade is a joke...don’t waste you’re money or time here I used to live her and got out as soon as I could....
