About 30169 Matisse Dr Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275
Monthly rent: $1,500 This is the original master suite in our home before a remodel which was done to create our current master. There is a 180 degree ocean view and it's like being on the top of a cliff because we're up high on a hill with the neighbor below us much, much lower. Because of this and the locked door to the rest of the house, the room is very private and has your own, separate entrance. Note that we do have two children but we promise to be quiet and we will not have any access to your room. In lieu of a kitchen, we can provide a coffeemaker, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for your use. The completely furnished room offers: - Full ocean views of Catalina Island and Santa Monica Bay to Malibu -Queen bed (we can provide sheets/blankets/towels if you wish) - Full bathroom with tub (with a view!) and separate shower; double sinks and separate toilet -Ample closet space and built-in drawers -Elliptical Machine (we can remove this) -Large HDTV and Cable Service in a built-in library unit with plenty of books (which can be removed) -Microwave -Coffeemaker -Small Refrigerator -Toaster Oven -Free Wifi -Utilities included (we just ask that you be mindful of the water shortage) -Box fan / Space Heater -Plenty of windows for fresh breezes -Access to a very large sundeck for your use (perfect for yoga, sunbathing, grilling, etc.)
