3013 Woodland Ave, Apt 212, FURNISHED JR-1BR Four Seasons is located in the middle of Greater Des Moines which means we are about 10 minutes from anywhere in the Greater Des Moines area. In addition, we are 5 minutes from downtown, 3 blocks from Des Moines University (highly-acclaimed medical school), and 6 minutes from West Des Moines. Our JR-1BRs are 500 square feet and come with furniture included. They are $675 per month, whether furnished or unfurnished. We pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer. Please note that we do NOT accept pets. We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $70 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. As for availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Our standard leases are for 1 year, and the deposit is $275 based on your application. The application fee is $40 per adult. Come visit our apartment community. It really stands head and shoulders above the others in Des Moines and West Des Moines. We are situated on 6 acres, have plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We also have an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a full 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse has free wireless Internet, cardiovascular exercise equipment, pool table, game room, fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms, and more! Although, the nicest thing we offer is that Four Seasons is a family-owned and operated apt community. We truly care, so when you come home you have peace of mind; there won't be any hassles.
