The area has a suburban feel with plenty of trees, yet it’s only minutes from downtown Jeffersonville and just across the bridge from Louisville, making both areas easily accessible for work, dining, and entertainment. The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is the closest major airport at just 10–15 minutes away, while Clark Regional Airport in Sellersburg offers nearby regional service within a similar short drive. The nearest boat ramps are at Shawnee Park Boat Ramp and Greenwood Ramp. For boat rentals, please reach out to Louisville Boat Rental. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur a $1,000 fine.
