This is an incredible apartment. HUGE windows in ALL rooms! It is a corner apartment on the top floor with downtown views, some river views, some canal views, some pool views. Concrete floors. Espresso cabinetry. Subway tile. Industrial loft design. Very modern. Incredibly tall ceilings. Tons of storage. Washer and dryer included! Comes with flat screen. TV, Internet, water, sewer, trash included. Valet trash! Gym with weights, treadmill, elliptical. Gorgeous pool with waterfall. Club house with pool table and huge kitchen for entertaining. Rooftop lounging deck with super large, comfy chairs. Casa Del Barco restaurant is basically right outside your door. They will bring food or buckets of beer to the pool. There is also a paleo restaurant that delivers poolside. There is also a juice cart that is there every morning! It's a very short walk to Shockoe Espresso and Roastery, Mom's Siam 2, Tobacco Company, and tons of other amazing restaurants. It's easy to get to Shockoe Bottom as well. Quick and easy walk down there for brunch or drinks. You can also walk right out the door and get to canal walk, pipe overlook, and Brown's Island. It's a nice longer walk but very doable to get to the pedestrian bridge and cross to Belle's Isle. Pet friendly. Lots of doggy bag stations. I could list the benefits of this apartment for days. It's gorgeous, comfortable, convenient, and lovely. We are only leaving because we're getting married and are planning to buy a new place.
