There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Shark Bait is located in Seabrook Village's Beach District, surrounded by the ocean. You can choose which beach to visit. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's great for bike riding and walks. There are five other units in this building, so please enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and guests should ensure their trash is in designated bins and moved near the road. Guests are expected to pay for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and should inform the host of any damage as soon as possible. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited and no parties are allowed. Please lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
