About This Property

Available July 1st! This is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, 1700 square foot house at the intersection of King and Storey. Medium and large bedrooms Nice kitchen with two full-size fridges On the #10 bus line About 4 or 5 off-street parking spots (plenty more free street parking out front) Hardwood laminate flooring throughout Very recently painted. Washer and gas Dryer on site Deck off the back of the house and a good size garden box back there (photos of these coming soon) Bedroom measurements in feet: room 1: 13.5' x 12' in addition to a 7.5' x 5' walk-in closet and a private bathroom room 2: 11' x 14' room 3: 13' x 22' (currently a huge triple) room 4: 14.5' x 10' room 5: 14' x 10' Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are downstairs. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs. Bedroom 1 has its own private bathroom, there is also another bathroom downstairs, and another bathroom upstairs. All three are full bathrooms. An FYI that could be helpful info; there are eight people living there now (two in the downstairs master in room 1, single in room 2, triple in room 3, and singles in rooms 4 and 5 upstairs). Westside Santa Cruz is a thriving commercial district home to some of the best shops, restaurants, and business right outside of the Bay Area. The southern tip of the neighborhood sits closest to the shore and consists of a wide range of apartment styles.
