No smoking or vaping. No fire pits are allowed on the property or in the community. Guests booking the accommodation must be a minimum age of 25 to rent. Guests must sign a rental agreement. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest\'s responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest\'s children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest\'s stay.
