Just a short jaunt down to Lake Minnetonka and Main St where the best events in town are held! Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gas station and grocery store. Showing availability changes daily, Please contact Jordan to see the apartment and get an application. *Some highlights of the building include* Tenant pays only electrical. (Opt. internet, phone, TV.) One parking space per tenant. Guests may park in the lot as well. No smoking, fires, or grilling within 25 ft. of building. Cheap coin op laundry, shared only with 6 apartments/tenants in 301 building Heated and cooled entryway to apartment, rent check drop off, and access to upper storage units. Window A/C unit. Provided Fantastic baseboard heat. Smoking is allowed outside only. Not in or near building. This is zero tolerance. No foreign objects in plumbing due to it being older and more fragile. Littering of any kind is absolutely unacceptable. We separate our garbage and recycle out of respect for the planet. Only person(s) and vehicle(s) on the lease may reside there. No outside storage unless okayed by management. One year lease is standard but we are happy to find a tenant immediately, upon your 60 day notice (if you would like us to), and let you out of your contract early when they confirm taking over. Tenants are not allowed to make alterations to the unit in any way however, if you would like something changed, management is open to making it happen for you.
