Both masters have en-suite bathrooms each with shower cubicles, bathtub, his & hers vanity units and a closet. One of the master bedrooms has its own balcony overlooking the lake (wonderful for that morning coffee or that night-cap, and so peaceful). The other master bedroom has its own direct access to the pool. There are 3 more bedrooms, two of these have are large enough for a pair of twin beds in each (and share a full bathroom), the third bedroom is large enough for a full/queen size bed and has its own full bathroom. Open kitchen with breakfast nook and breakfast bar and formal dining room. South-West facing pool with good sized pool deck and covered lanai. Available to view after the end of February 2019, Qualified applicants, your recent credit score isn't as important as your stable employment with clean background. If your credit score is below 650 we do require the last months rent up front. Household net income must be at least 3 times the rent. All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
