Wonderful 3 bed, 2 bath home in the Winterwood subdivision. Large, sunken living room with fireplace and wood floors. The dining area and U-shaped kitchen are open to the living area. Down the hall you will first find the huge laundry room with plenty of storage. The hall bathroom is large. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also each have a walk-in closet. A door in the dining area gives access to the deck and the back yard. The detached garage is oversized with automatic doors. The back yard is huge and fully fenced. Yard maintenance and monthly pest control included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for the first applicant. All proposed occupants 18+ are required to pass a background check ($15 non-refundable application fee per additional occupant). Pets allowed with restrictions. No pets over 30 lbs. $300 Non-refundable pet deposit and proof of vaccination required. Renter's Insurance required. Must be at least 21 to apply. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIG'S LIST.
