Lakeland is a small, affordable neighborhood located about five miles south of Downtown Baltimore. The neighborhood has lower cost rentals in a variety of styles, including rowhouses, townhomes, apartments, and Craftsman-style houses. True to its name, Lakeland has a small lake and one park, but residents also have easy access to several riverfront parks nearby like Middle Branch Park, which is great for fishing.
