Your separate path from street parking leads to a private wooden gate opening to a world class collection of Tillandsia (Airplants). At thecend of the path, there are 4 steps to climb that lead to the unit and 4 more to your fenced, outdoor area with a fountain and small pond. The unit is designed for "tiny home" living. Carefully placed furniture defines each area: kitchen, living room and dining space. We live in the main house above you, so our bedroom floors are your ceiling so you will hear us. Think NYC apartment living: footsteps, muffled sounds of dogs chasing each other and sometimes faint but excellent music). And we are early risers so if you like to sleep in a lot, this may not ge your space unless you use earplugs. The unit is fully furnished. There is a kitchenette with a sink, 4 burner gas stovetop, a microwave and toaster oven. The bedroom has a double/full-sized mattress with a 2" tallay rubber topper.
