Located in the Naples Sandpiper Bay Club, a quiet, safe and congenial condominium complex that is prized for its friendly and relaxing ambiance and that resides a few minutes drive from the downtown excitement of Naples’ charming 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, Naples’ famed food, fashion and fun and its pristine beaches, this apartment opens to a large vaulted living room with a 65” HD cable-enhanced Sony Bravia 4K TV and a spacious entertaining-ready dining room, features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, 55” Sony Bravia 4K TV, spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite, travertine-tiled bathroom, has a large laundry room with washer and dryer and enough storage space for all your belongings, provides a guest room with a full-size bed and offers a lovely, tastefully-appointed enclosed lanai for entertaining guests or quiet dinning and lounging. The apartment is available during the season months of November - April for a minimum lease of 3 months or, if you prefer, during the months of May - October for a minimum lease of 30 days on an adjusted pricing schedule. Naples Sandpiper Bay Club requires approval of all prospective tenants, a process that must be completed no later than 20 - 30 days in advance of occupancy. As expected, any prospective tenant must submit to a background and credit check and be able to provide character references.
