The apartment is available during the season months of November - April for a minimum lease of 3 months or, if you prefer, during the months of May - October for a minimum lease of 30 days on an adjusted pricing schedule. Naples Sandpiper Bay Club requires approval of all prospective tenants, a process that must be completed no later than 20 - 30 days in advance of occupancy. As expected, any prospective tenant must submit to a background and credit check and be able to provide character references. Tenants are not allowed any pets, will have access to one assigned parking space and are expected to pay all rental fees (including a cleaning deposit) in advance of occupancy.
