There is fire pit in front of the suite and plenty of free parking. There is a balcony behind the house facing a lake and may be included as is. This is a quiet place and away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and you wake up with the sound of nature. The resort is gated on a gated mountain with only 6 households on the mountain. The rest are farms. Six-month leases are offered at $150 extra per month more than the listed price. Three-month leases are offered at $200 extra per month more than the listed price. Month-to-month rental is possible at $250 per month higher than the listed price. The price listed is for up to 2 people. An additional fee of $100 per month is added for each additional person. It is 12 miles from Vista and Oceanside shops and 8 miles from Pala Casino, 45 miles from downtown San Diego and Mexican border and 1.5 hours to Disney Land and 2 hours to Hollywood.
