AVAILABLE starting October 1, 2022, MINIMUM 3 months, followed month by month LOCATION: Private, secluded, peaceful location conveniently located halfway up Big Mountain, 4.5 miles to downtown Whitefish, 2.5 miles to the chairlifts on Whitefish Mountain Resort and 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. DESCRIPTION: If you're seeking peace, quiet and solitude, you'll feel comfortable at this unique and convenient location. With no views of neighbors, it feels more like a retreat on the edge of the wilderness. Big Mountain Cedar Cabin is the ground level "cabin/apartment" of a three-level house with private entrance, kitchenette, and completely separated from the Main house (upper-two levels, occupied by the Caretaker). Fully supplied and furnished; all you need are suitcases, groceries & toys. :) RATE FOR ONE: $1550/mth RATE FOR TWO: $1850/mth Electric share: 40% DEPOSIT $1000 to confirm reservation; first and last due prior to arrival; payments made via Venmo or Direct Deposit. INSTRUCTIONS: If interested, fill out the online application completely, tell us about yourself, how many, what are you looking for, for how long, hobbies, etc. ONSITE AMENITIES INCLUDED: The 52-acre private resort community shares a private aquatics facility with outdoor hot pool, indoor pool, steam sauna, locker rooms, tennis; plus a heated outdoor pool seasonally, and a private beach on Whitefish Lake with day dock. Want you to know up front: This is NOT a party house. Peaceful environment is maintained. Sorry, but NO pets permitted in this private resort community. Absolutely NO smoking inside or out. Renter’s Insurance is encouraged. Minimum THREE MONTHS ALSO INCLUDED: Wifi, internet, water, trash (outdoor bins), snow removal, carport parking in winter. 55" Smart TV with Hulu, kitchen supplies (see photos of Kitchenette) WINTER driving requires AWD / 4WD Thank you for your interest.
