Newly renovated first-floor apartment, only five miles from I 95 exit 173. The apartment has a living room, nook, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bath, balcony with storage closet, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Rent includes water and regular trash disposal. Please, note that up to four people are allowed per apartment, and we have a no pet policy. 1-The owner pays for water and garbage collection. 2- Up to 2 cars are allowed in the parking lot. 3- Every adult must submit a fully completed, dated and signed residency application. 4- The applicants must provide a state-issued photo identification card or a driver's license. 5-Background: Only when the applicant meets requirements a non-refundable background-check (fee of $ 40.00) will be required for all adult applicants. 6- We will verify your income. Applicants must have an (after-tax) income of at least three times the monthly rent. Self-employ applicants may be required to produce tax returns and/or bank statements. Non-employ applicants must provide proof of income. 7- Credit Reporting: We will obtain your credit report(s). Credit history must demonstrate appropriate care and concern for all financial obligations and a credit score of 620 or higher. 8- Rental history: It must reflect timely payment of rent, no complaints regarding noise, disturbance or illegal activities, proper notice to vacate, and only normal "wear & tear" to the property upon vacating. 9- Criminal records must show: No charges for illegal manufacture, distribution or possession of a controlled substance with the last 20 years No felonies resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or destruction of property within the last 20 years No sex offenses ever. 10- No smoking inside the dwelling unit is not permitted. 11- Occupancy Requirements: HUD standards and guidelines for the applied for unit. Up to 4 persons may occupy a 2-bedroom dwelling (this includes over-night guest). Over-night guests will be required to complete and pass a background check (same as any occupant).
