The primary suite offers extra privacy with a partition that gives you your own large room (with water views!), an expansive his & hers closet, as well as a luxury soaking tub and separate tiled shower. Enjoy cozy evenings in the open layout living and dining area that features a gas fireplace and built-in bar with a wine cooler and storage. The second bedroom also has water views, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, and walk-in closet. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, complete with an eat-at island and breakfast nook. Tenants responsible for electricity, water, cable/internet. Pest control, trash service, and gas (stove and fireplace) are included. Long-term (minimum of nine months per HHP rules). Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and pet deposit. Coastal Long-Term Rental Co. uses a third-party screening service called and requires everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
