Off of the other side, you have a large, gorgeous living room. The master bedroom is off of the living room, and has a ton of natural lighting. There's also a porch to lounge on!! Resident is responsible for oil heat, electricity, and trash. Lawn care, snow plowing (NOT shoveling), cold water, and sewer are included in the rent.
