There is also an en-suite washer and dryer and a kitchen island with seating for up to 3 people. One parking spot is provided on the driveway. There is also limited street parking available outside of January 1 to March 31. This home is close to the Boardwalk and the highway and less than 10 minutes to DT Kitchener, Uptown Waterloo, and UofWaterloo/Wilfred Laurier University. The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees, and you will not have control/access to the thermostat because it also controls the temperature for the basement unit. The garage is used for waste management and not available for parking. There is a separate basement unit, so there is potential for some noise. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance, including snow clearing and general groundskeeping.
