If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
