Since the house is downtown and the beach is right across the street, we don't have private off-street parking, but we have reserved Residential Parking four minutes from the house on the lot next to the Townhall. From 11/15 till 4/15, you can park for free right in front of the house on the street without paying. Otherwise, free, overnight on-street parking is available on Main, Jewett, Cleaves, Beach, and Broadway Street around our house. You can also rent parking from neighbors. Rent is $2,150 per month. To move in, the tenant must pay first, last and security deposit. The security deposit is the same as the monthly rent: $2,150. NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets. No smoking.
