A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Located in a busy but residential area with a road leading directly to the beach, Pat's Porch is within walking distance of almost everything. A CVS, hospital, and urgent care are minutes away on Rt. 101. Most neighbors are full-time residents, so please be respectful of noise levels. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
