About This Property
This beautiful home has plank flooring in the kitchen, washer/dryer included! Peaceful backyard and it's own covered parking. Newer carpet throughout and upgraded appliances. Stop in to get more information. OAC. This rental is a one-year lease minimum: There are no pets allowed, no smoking/ vaping that includes inside and outside the property. All utilities are responsibility of the tenant. First month, last month’s rent & security deposit due before occupancy. Rental inspections will be made at Management’s discretion. Absolutely no subleasing to additional tenants, not described on lease. All other lease stipulations, such as CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations of common properties, will be honored. Application Fee: $50 per person, anyone age 18 and older that will reside there. Rent: $1800 Security Deposit: $2000 Lease Initiation Fee: $200 Please Note: It is required when renting through Realty Express to have a Tenant Liability Insurance policy which protects our tenants from accidental damage to the property & in emergencies.
