The home features all new appliances, furnishings, kitchenware, and bedding, ensuring you never want to leave this cute retreat, whether you stay for a week or months. The spacious living room includes a leather sectional, comfy recliner, and 60" LCD TV with DVD player, while the formal dining area for 6 offers views of the pool. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and large walk-in shower, complemented by a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The pool heater is available for $50 per day, $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Secure off-site parking for trailers or RVs is offered approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. Experience the serenity of this area surrounded by miles of scenic walking and biking trails. The beach is just a short distance away, perfect for sun-soaked adventures. Explore the vibrant European Village nearby, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. With convenient access to grocery stores and local eateries, Palm Harbor is an ideal location for a peaceful getaway. A car is strongly recommended for getting around, although Uber is available. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Due to city regulations, trailers and RVs are not permitted to be parked at any city properties, and parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap in small hotel sizes, as well as bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, but does not include zip lock bags, seran wraps, or foil paper.
