- 3 bed, 2 bath home for rent - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for rent near 8th and Havana in Spokane. 2 fireplaces and an extra large living room. There is a deck on one side of the house and a covered patio on the other side. Plenty of room to play outside but the yard is not fenced. A background and credit check are required for each adult. Each adult's credit score must be at least 625. Your monthly household income has to be at least 3 times the rent (not per person). Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month of rent. Pets and most dog breeds are ok with a pet deposit. Pet deposit is $600 per pet. If you meet the qualifications, we can schedule a tour. After touring, you can submit an application. Each adult who wants to live there must complete an application. The application fee is $30 per adult.
