Thank you!*** ***For more information, please call or go to: ***Please Do Not Disturb Tenants or Go Onto The Property Without the Listing Agent!*** This impeccable studio guest house in Carmel-by-the Sea is just a short stroll away from dining, shopping, entertainment and all downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea attractions. This is a separate, detached studio-style guest house of about 330 sf, located on a shared property along with the main house. The two homes are separated by a small courtyard and patio. While the guest house does not have a kitchen, some basics have been provided to prepare simple meals. An ingenious drip-style coffeemaker-griddle-toaster oven combo, a microwave and small refrigerator are provided but there is no dishwasher or kitchen sink. Silverware, dishes and just a few basic cooking pieces are provided for simple meals. There's a queen size bed, a TV with cable service, Wifi, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom has a shower. Outside there is a small patio area with a small charcoal Hibachi style grill and table and chairs for two. One parking space is provided on a parking pad just near the street. Sorry, this home is not pet-friendly due to the Homeowner's severe allergies. There is no laundry access on the property, but our team can direct you to several area laundromats for DIY laundry or fluff-and-fold service for your convenience. ***Non-refundable exit cleaning fees, mid-stay cleaning fees, plus gas, electric and water for rentals of 30 days or more.
