The lot is owner occupied and is very private. With gorgeous original wide pine floors, 2 decorative fireplaces and 3 bedrooms you will never want to leave! The kitchen boasts its own fireplace, with enough room for a large farm table. There is also a large dining room, and living room complete with its own decorative fireplace as well! You have a nice full bath down downstairs as well as a full basement for storage. There are washer/dryer hookups upstairs and downstairs in the basement. Upstairs there are 2 nice sized bedrooms and a FANTASTIC newly added master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a private porch overlooking the property. In the summer head outside to the man made pond and sit on the deck and relax with coffee or a cocktail. There are also 2 gardens available to the residents, including apple trees, blackberry and blueberry bushes. Included in the rent is trash, lawn care and snow plowing. Tenant is responsible for oil heat, electric (hot water is electric), and propane for gas stove. Depending on your usage the total utility bills average about $350-$450 a month. (lights, hot water, oil, internet & Cable, propane) School system is Berlin. Pet's are negotiable for an additional $25 a month per pet. References and vet records required.
