Thanks for your interest! An application file along with our list of instructions and qualifications are available on our website. Please be sure to read these over very carefully before going through the application process as the processing fee is non-refundable. All adults (18+) must fill out and submit an application. We do not show property until applicants have been approved, however, applications are good for any unit that you qualify for and stay on file with us for 3 months. You can submit the application any way you like (in person at the window, in our drop box, email or fax) but we can’t begin processing until we’ve received the $35 processing fee per application. Cashier check and money orders are the only forms of payment that are accepted for the processing fee. Feel free to write back with any questions that you might have.
