Located in the fantastic Historic District of Washington, this home is just two blocks from the waterfront and a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Pickleball/tennis courts and a playground are across the street. Be kind to neighbors and keep noise levels down. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. There is a $500 charge for indoor smoking, but outdoor smoking is permitted. No pets are allowed. No underage consumption or drugs are permitted. There is a minimum $500 fine for parties or large gatherings. Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool/backyard, and any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye.
