Swasa Farm sits in a quiet and private corner of Ellijay, surrounded by gentle pastures and friendly local farms. Quiet time begins at 10 PM, as required by county ordinance. Please be mindful of noise outdoors and in the jacuzzi during these hours to respect the peaceful rural environment. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without notifying us in advance. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval, and unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay. Farm equipment, stables, and the riding arena are for viewing and photos only, and no animal use or riding is permitted. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. [SI]
