The master bedroom features an elevated ceiling, plush king-size bed with a new firm mattress, large flat screen TV, dresser, closet, decorative fireplace, and balcony with views of Seabrook Island wildlife. The ensuite bath offers an oversized shower and double vanity. Guest Bedroom 1 includes a comfy queen bed with a new mattress, coastal furnishings, a flat-screen TV with streaming cable services, and a Juliet balcony shared with Guest Bedroom 2, which also features a plush queen bed and similar amenities. A loft area acts as a fourth sleeping space, featuring a couch, coffee table, TV, queen bed, and balcony with room-darkening curtains. This beach home welcomes well-behaved dogs with a modest pet fee of $175 per pet per stay. Guests have access to Seabrook Island Club with an optional amenity card, which offers exclusive access to the beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. The cards are $50 per day per family or a discounted weekly rate of $300. Access to the Seabrook Lakehouse outdoor pool and Beach Club is available, and the fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles, with gate passes required for island access at $45 per vehicle. Johns Island sits on the South Carolina state line just south of the Charleston peninsula and is bordered to the north by the Stono and Wadmalaw Rivers. As the largest island in South Carolina, Johns Island encompasses an array of island living options and popular Lowcountry destinations.
