Owner's Suite is oversized with vaulted ceilings and has a nice Owner's Bath attached with double vanity,separate shower and bath,private water closet,and a large walk in closet. 3 other bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath. 2 pets max are allowed but breed and weight must be approved by our office. It will increase your rent $50 a month plus we require a pet deposit upfront. We pull credit plus run a background check. Credit score of 650+ preferred. Gross monthly income to be 3x the rent. $65 per adult or $65 for a married couple for the application fee. Security deposit is required and based on credit worthiness.
