Beautifully and professionally furnished in contemporary design with many upgrades by the owners, this fabulous 2-story home boasts a private pool with a covered and screened lanai. Located at the corner of the street, this property has a large space and receives a great amount of solar light throughout the day. Come home from an exciting day at the attractions and hang out by the pool to relax and watch the kids splash in the water. Pool towels and pool chairs are provided, and you can also enjoy the game room with six arcade games, an air hockey table, and two video games located in the loft. Highchairs and strollers are available. The downstairs area features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The living room offers a large flat-screen smart TV with access to streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, HBO, and more. The private screened-in splash pool with a covered lanai and patio furniture can be heated for an additional charge. The dining area includes a breakfast bar and a barbecue grill is available for use for an additional charge, though propane gas refill is not included. The game room includes six arcade games and an air hockey table. Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay, requested at least 7 days prior to check-in. The BBQ grill is available for $60, with propane gas refill not included. Paradise Palms Resort amenities and services include a sauna, jacuzzi, lounge area, water slide, sundry shop, game room, walking trail, video arcade, fitness center, kids play area, poolside tiki bar, concierge service, a 50-seat movie theater, a huge resort-style pool, snack machines, and ATM. The resort is close to top-rated golf courses and offers massage and concierge services for an additional charge. Volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts are available, and the gated community has a 24-hour attendant. The beach-entry pool is perfect for families with little ones, and there is a children's play area with a multi-deck climbing frame with slides and swings. No visit to Orlando is complete without a trip to the seashore, with great beaches on the Atlantic Ocean only about an hour away. The property also has a beach kit with an umbrella and two beach chairs. No parties or events are permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap sponge, dish detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bag are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. This house is self-catering. Although welcome amenities are provided, it is recommended to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida law, open food cannot be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after check-out and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in. Excessive required cleaning or a double clean is charged $100.00.
