There is a yard in the front and a bigger yard with a patio in the back. House is located on 1 acre lot with a lot of privacy. There are big windows and lots of sunlight. From the cozy living room with the fireplace you can walk outside to the patio area and to enjoy the back yard. The carport attached to the house and outside storage are additional features that are very unusual for rental properties. Updated kitchen includes dishwasher. The location is very convenient very close to campus but quiet. Hanks Hill Road is the side road of 195 making it easy to get to wherever you want to go. The house has both a well and a septic system, so all you have to cover is electricity and oil used for heating. This is a really cozy place that had long term tenants, and we're looking to rent it to professionals, grad students, or mature undergraduate seniors.
