Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, cable etc. Monthly yard service is included. Rent is $3,000.00 per month and one month security deposit is required when a lease is signed. One year lease preferred. No smoking, and pets are not allowed. Since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, in consideration of the neighbors, we are interested in tenants who are quiet and responsible. Credit and background check will be made. Employment history, verification of employment, and references also required. Tenant will be required to obtain Renter’s Insurance. We will not be able to show the house until the renovation is completed in early December. Note the interior photos were taken in 2017.
