Enjoy window seats with ocean breezes perfect to curl up with a good book. Nicely landscaped and fenced back yard where the kids can play safely. The first floor bedroom features an en-suite bathroom perfect for individuals in need of easy access. Two large second floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and bunk set plus a trundle.The other bedroom features a king sized bed. Fourth bedroom with a twin bunk upper loft with queen, and sliding ladder. Yours to enjoy are a well stocked kitchen, bikes, surf and boogie boards. To top it off you have use of pinball machine. Pets will be considered with a $300 non refundable pet fee. Available 9/1/24 to 6/1/25. Tenant will pay for all utilities and place the utilities in the tenant's name.
