Built in 1920, our stone English Country tudor style home features a gracious Foyer with an original Otis elevator, large raised wood paneled Living Room, (6) wood burning fireplaces, elegant formal Dining Room, newly remodeled Kitchen and 2nd Floor Guest Suite, plus a spacious tiled Garden Room full of indoor trees and year round flowering plants. During the spring and summer months, we encourage our guests to stroll the outdoor gardens and relax on the large shaded stone terrace. The space Bright colors are featured in this furnished 1,100 sq. ft. 3rd floor suite that offers maximum privacy and safety for an individual. The large 15’x20’ air conditioned bedroom features both a king size and double bed. Below the wall mounted 40” flatscreen T.V. are internet cable connections with WIFI capability adjacent to a folding leaf table that doubles as a work area when needed. A spacious common Sitting Room Library space full of art and architecture books separates the large bedroom from the private full bath that overlooks a wooded ravine and Lake Erie to the north. The newly renovated spacious14’x15’ Kitchenette-Dining Area includes new appliances, track lighting, stainless steel sink, maple butcher block counter, vinyl floor, pots and pans and new ceramic dinnerware place settings for four. Also included are bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, bath towels, wash clothes and the use of a first floor laundry. Guest access Using a private (5) digit access code, guests enter and leave the property through the extra wide wood front door where an adjacent private parking space is always reserved for them. From the Lower Foyer, continue through the Upper Foyer to a wide wooden stairway and landing that features a two-story leaded glass Palladian window. The 3rd floor suite is located at the top of the stairway and is separated from the lower two floors by it’s own entrance door. Because of the natural sound proofing qualities of concrete and solid masonry construction, our home offers excellent sound control between floors resulting in a maximum of privacy.
