Housing guidelines apply in regards to family size. Active military will receive refund of application fee if approved and enter a lease agreement. There are certain breeds of dogs that are not accepted: Akita, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Jindo, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid or Wolfdog or any mix of these breeds. Owner's approval is required for over 35lbs. A minimum of a $350 non-refundable pet fee is assessed for each animal.
