This apartment is designed for ease and comfort, with soft lighting and calm surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience. For family-friendly features, a pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware are available for use. For entertainment, there is a TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Free parking is available in the garage, and pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $99, with a maximum of two dogs allowed during your stay. Located just minutes by car from dining, coffee shops, downtown Pensacola, and local essentials, this apartment keeps you close to everything. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is a $250 fee for smoking indoors, vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized pets. There is a $200 fee for glitter or confetti. There is a $50 fee for dirty dishes. There is a $20 fee per missing towel. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed, and no street parking is available.
