This property features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, and two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and another with a modern walk-in tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation simple, and in-unit laundry ensures added ease for extended stays. The living area is designed for relaxation with a smart TV for streaming and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Free parking is available. Conveniently located, this retreat is near Pensacola’s renowned beaches, vibrant downtown, and local attractions. It's 5 minutes from dining and coffee shops, 6 minutes from downtown Pensacola, 10 minutes from a local grocer, and 18 minutes from Pensacola beach. While the neighborhood lacks charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area, it offers easy access to major roads and nearby attractions. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed, and no street parking is available. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, and there is a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at the property. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. [SI]
