This luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home accommodates up to 15 guests and features a private pool. Located in the Paradise Palms Resort in Kissimmee FL, guests enjoy access to a community fitness center, lazy river, sports court, and more. The areas best theme parks include Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, and Disney World are just a 20 to 25-minute drive. The Space This modern, spacious 6-bedroom vacation home is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. Our Paradise Palms vacation rental accommodates up to 15 people comfortably. Each of the six bedrooms features a SMART TV. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full-sized bathroom with the common areas. The other bedrooms are located on the upper level. Included is a king suite with a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The three additional bedrooms include: Princess bedroom with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom Mickey bedroom with a bunk bed and access to the common area bathroom in the hallway There is also an upstairs living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable couches so you can enjoy a nice movie night. A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances makes it easy and convenient to prepare meals and snacks onsite. Our home also offers a private pool whats great after a long day at the parks to unwind and relax. Guest Access All guests have full use and access to all amenities at Paradise Palms Resort. This includes: Large community pool area Kayak rentals Fitness center Outdoor sports court Nature areas Other Things to Note Paradise Palms Resort has a security gate at a different entrance. Please visit the security gate and have your \"welcome packet\" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security provides you with a voucher to use to re-enter the community during your stay. An additional entrance in the community has no security. The gate remains open during the day and closes in the evening. Youll need to scan your voucher at this gate to enter through this access point. Interaction with Guests This home is self-check-in. There is no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. Guests receive a personalized code for the door. Were just a phone call away if you need us. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and must remain on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It takes 24 to 48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. *All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email.* The Neighborhood One of the best things about our Paradise Palms vacation rental is the location. This makes it convenient to pick up necessities during your visit. Also nearby are the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. The shopping area features high-end stores like Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and All Saints, as well as more popular shops including American Eagle and Forever 21.
