About This Home
This furnished apartmernt is located in the quaint village of Zionsville. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and parks. The apartment is quiet and private.
Private and quiet apartment in the heart of the village of Zionsville. This apartment is at the back of my house but has separate entrance. The apartment does not have access to the rest of my house. It's what I would call an efficiency apartment with plenty of windows facing my back yard and windows in the bedroom. It's furnished and includes utilities. It has a stack washer and dryer but does not have a stove. It has a nice size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and two electric burners. It is two short blocks to the brick street in downtown Zionsville to restaurants, shopping and parks. At the end of my street is an entrance into Starkey Park with walking and bike paths. No pets. $500 deposit, $1,100/mo includes utilities. No smoking. Month to month.
290 W Pine St is an apartment community located in Boone County and the 46077 ZIP Code.
