Elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor. All three bedrooms have mirrored closet doors. Both bathrooms have a bathtub. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Large, private patio out back connects two sets of sliding glass doors to living room and middle bedroom. Above average amount of storage in the kitchen. The pool is open through September/mid-October. Corner-unit that only has shared walls with the stairwell and downstairs unit. One covered parking space behind the building. Street parking is easy for additional vehicles. App-operated laundry and trash chute one door away on the same floor, hallway is roof-covered (no getting wet in rain when doing laundry). Cats ok. If no pet, then unit can come with some living room and kitchen furnishings. Available June 1st or later, possibly a week or two earlier. All utilities covered by tenant except for garbage and water. 1-year lease. Please respond with information about your situation, when you're looking to move, and how many occupants. Application will include a $45 credit/background check, proof of income, and references from past landlords. Move-in cost will include the first month’s rent, a two-month refundable security deposit, and proof of renters insurance.
