Property Ratings at 29 West
The building itself is good. Rent was raised yet no improvements were ever made to the building. Was never added to the buzzer system over the year of living there even after talking to management many times. Moved out in June and still haven’t received deposit check back. Have called multiple times with no response or call back. Honestly not impressed at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
29 West as a whole is a nice apartment to recommend to your relatives and friends.

I really enjoy knowing how secure 29 West is. They have even gone to the extreme of reprogramming the garage door openers for underground parking when a tenant lost their opener. That speaks volumes towards how much they care about tenant safety!

Living at 29 West is great! We love the lay out, the bathrooms but especially the kitchen. We can’t see ourselves living anywhere else for as long as we are in Fargo!

29 West apartments are phenomenal! Exceptional apartments for a great price. It’s a quite area and everyone is very friendly! I always recommend people to 29 West when they are looking for an apartment, and I’ve had two family/friend move in since I’ve moved in! Love these apartments!

I love being a part of a community that feels safe, is clean, and is affordable. I enjoy getting the experience of living on my own, while also knowing that someone is available to take care of issues that I may not be able to take care of myself, which I wouldn't have access to if I lived in a house. 29 West is a wonderful place to live!
I love 29 West apartments. I love the location, how modern and up to date the apartments are. I love the gym that they have down stairs and enjoy my underground parking lot. The management team we currently have are amazing at what they do and the Maintenance crew is so courteous and respectful and always fix whatever issues you possibly may have.

Beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff on site. Secure building, friendly and respectful tenants. The elevator is a blessing! Love the underground parking, especially in the winter! HUGE walk in closets do not disappoint. Maintenance is AMAZING! Would 10/10 recommend living in the 29 West community!
We like the way maintenance requests are handled promptly. We love the location of the apartment complex. It is so close to shopping, restaurants, medical and banking needs. We think Megan is a great manager. She is easy to talk to and is on top of things. Many things have improved since she became the manager.

29 west is a good place to live. It is comfortable, clean and the workers know how to talk to people.
There are at least 100 dogs in the buildings, Can guarantee they are not all service dogs. Dog hair in hallway and elevator, Seems like a real management issue there.

We love our apartment and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would just like to see an improvement in the cleanliness of the building. The new manager (Megan) is awesome. She seems to be very on top of things.
