It is a 25 minute drive to Belfast and 30 minute drive to Waterville and Colby College and nicely located between a forest and a field so it is quiet and private. Available from Oct 1-June 1, Shorter rental periods considered. First months rent and security deposit (of one month's rent). Rent includes sewer, wifi and plowing.
