Tenant pays for rent + utilities (Wi-Fi, Gas, Trash, Water, and Electric) Unfortunately, there is no garage but street parking is not hard to find and one permit parking pass will be given so you will never have to pay for street parking. Included are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. There are 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom has a big walk-in shower plus a jetted tub. The other bathroom comes with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms and bedrooms have remote controlled skylights which allows natural light and airflow to come through. The property has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, couch and a flat-screen smart T.V. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, gas log fireplace, oven, wine refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, silverware and sink with garbage disposal. There are also remote controlled skylights located above the kitchen and eating area. There is a nook seating area with a round table which is perfect for having breakfast at. French doors lead from the living room to a spacious patio with beautiful olive trees and plenty of outdoor seating with two umbrellas that provide plenty of shade. 2 lounge chairs and a 4- burner Charbroil BBQ for outdoor cooking. We use a Tenant Background/Screening Service. After viewing the apartment, if you're interested you must agree and pay for a comprehensive credit report which includes a criminal background check. The fee is $32.95. If everything checks out and tenant moves in, you will be reimbursed the $32.95 fee
