Upstairs is a bonus room in addition to a tech space, and all the bedrooms, including the luxurious owner's suite with an expansive walk-in closet. Last but not least, this property offers a large yard with a covered patio and a large 3-car garage which offers enormous amounts of space. We are ideally looking for at least a 12 month lease. Longer leases will get extra discounts. Owner requires home to be maintained to level at which home was initially rented, including the yard. Option to either personally maintain the front and backyard or pay extra fee of $100/month Deposit due at signing along with any pet fees. Small dogs allowed only (owners discretion). No smoking of any kind allowed on the premises. We are flexible, so if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
